1. Return Window
We operate a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Requests made after this period will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Condition: The item must be in the exact same condition that you received it—unworn, unwashed, and unused.

Packaging: It must be in its original packaging with all protective materials and tags still attached.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory.

Hygiene Items: For health and safety reasons, intimate items (such as underwear or swimwear) cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened.
Exclusions: * Items purchased during a Sale or using a promotional discount code are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Gift cards are non-returnable.
3. Return Process

IMPORTANT: Only requests sent to support@bembeshop.store are legally valid. Communications sent via social media (Instagram, Facebook) or other email addresses will not be processed.
Steps to follow:

Email us: Include your Order Number, tracking number, reason for return, and clear photos/videos if the item is claimed to be defective.

Authorization: If your return is accepted, we will send you a Return Authorization and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Shipping: Items sent back to us without prior authorization will be rejected.
4. Shipping Costs & Liability

Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Risk of Loss: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
5. Inspections and Refunds
Once your return is received, our team will inspect the item within 7–10 business days.

Approval: If the item passes inspection, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.

Rejection: If the item is found to be used, damaged, or missing original tags, the refund will be denied, and the item will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

Timeline: Please note that it may take an additional 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours.

For defective or incorrect items sent by our error, Bembe will cover the return shipping costs and provide a replacement or full refund.
7. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
